Head of Central Quality Management & Quality Assurance in the team (m/f/d)

Team management of the Central Quality Management department and the QM/QS departments in nine plants Leadership and development of the central QM system according to the IFS Food standards and other product standards such as Kosher, Halal, VLOG, V-label Preparation, implementation and follow-up of certification and customer audits as well as internal audits Validation and verification of processes Training of employees, evaluation of success controls Advertising processing Implementation of internal audits and operations Creation, evaluation and documentation of corrective measures Creation and monthly documentation of all quality indicators Staff planning, incorporation, leadership, motivation and training of employees in the operating laboratory Control of test equipment monitoring Care of LIMS Qualifax

Completed studies in nutrition, food technology or laboratory management with professional experience in quality management First experience in conducting audits or as an auditor in the food industry Experience in the dairy industry or food industry is desirable above-average readiness and flexibility, high quality awareness, Reliability, independent and analytical work, commitment and fun in team work Good English knowledge of word and writing Safe handling of all Office applications
