The Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) is the largest university in Baden-Württemberg with around 33,000 students at nine study academies and three campuses as well as the Center for Advanced Studies. Together with 9,000 selected companies as well as social and health-related facilities, DHBW provides an excellently qualified specialist and managerial growth in the fields of business, technology, social and health. The management of the Bureau of the Dual University of Baden-Württemberg has its seat in an attractive location in the centre of Stuttgart, not far from the main railway station, and performs central tasks of the university in the areas of General University Administration, Academic Affairs and Corporate IT Services. In this exciting role, you actively shape the communication strategy and event management for the EU4Dual European University Alliance. You will make an important contribution to the visibility and success of this pioneering project. Strategic communication work: They develop and implement targeted communication measures to effectively position EU4Dual both within DHBW and in European university public. Use the entire range of modern communication – from classic media work to videos and digital formats to social media. Organising the event on an international parquet floor: they take over the planning, implementation and follow-up of the EU4Dual annual meeting, an international conference with around 200 participants. You coordinate logistics, program, guest management and technical implementation in close coordination with internal and external partners. Consulting & Interface Management: As a communicativer Sparringspartnerin, you support the project management in all issues of internal and external communication and event management. At the same time, you act as a central interface to the communication teams at the DHBW locations and to the international partner universities. Service provider control: They work professionally with agencies, technology service providers, creatives and translation offices and always keep in mind budget, schedule and quality.
