As a central contact person in an interdisciplinary team of engineers, lawyers and insurance experts, you take care and handling of TV insurance contracts They advise our customers on all legal issues relating to building law and develop tailor-made solutions for complex insurance and contract issues They analyze contracts, develop innovative cover concepts and accompany tenders as well as premium calculations With your legal expertise, you support the negotiation and design of insurance contracts and provide risk-appropriate cover solutions They take over the legal support of damages, coordinate regulatory measures and moderate between the parties involved Their structured and conscientious functioning is demonstrated in the careful documentation, processing and adaptation of contractual changes You can also participate in international customer support and use your expertise across borders

Complete study of law (2nd state exams or comparable qualification), ideally with a focus on building law or insurance law Experience in building or insurance law desirable, also from law firms, companies or insurance companies Communication strength and negotiation skills, especially in the handling of insurers and customers Structured and solution-oriented operation with a high degree of self-responsibility Interest in economic relations and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation Good English knowledge of advantage, especially for international customer support
