“Personality makes school” and school makes personality – according to this motto, the Heraeus Education Foundation is committed to the qualification of leaders in the system school. Founded in 1965, the non-profit foundation, based in Hanau, is operational and nationwide and reaches around 9,000 teachers a year. The Foundation also awards the German Teachers' Prize. Since 2017, the Foundation has been commissioned by the Ministry of Culture for the qualification of future school leaders: in Hesse (QSH) and is organising multi-day academies on behalf of other culture ministries.

Care and adaptation of the reporting standard for board, management and team Creation and optimization of existing reporting formats taking into account relevant key figures, report frequency and mode of presentation Regular provision of financial reports softening for strategic decisions of the Management Board or the Management Board Control and further development of the budget planning process and the under-year forecasts, including the relevant teams Creation and supervision of the annual financial statements in cooperation with tax advisors and auditors Support of the project teams in the calculation of offers for external clients (e.g. ministries) and internal projects Contact:in for short-term questions on financial key figures from the Management Board and Management Board

Complete economic studies or training with a focus on controlling, accounting or a comparable subject as well as several years of relevant professional experience Knowledge and practical experience in commercial accounting and controlling Safe handling of MS Office, especially excellent Excel skills Users:internal knowledge of accounting software, ideally Business Central Structured, self-sponsored and targeted working methods and a pronounced quality awareness Analytical thinkability and pronounced problem solving capability High level of initiative, readiness to use, reliability, sense of responsibility and flexibility Impressed team and cooperation capability and helpfulness Identification with the objectives and strategy of Heraeus Education Foundation and interest in our core topics Education, Personality Development, Leadership, Relationship Culture, Digitality and Health
