You advise our customers in designing their production with the aim of increasing productivity, avoiding waste, reducing costs and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You can feel at home in Industrial Engineering and are responsible for carrying out the following consulting services: potential analyses showing the degree of maturity of work preparation and process planning; capacity and performance analyses that reflect the minimum and maximum production rate when considering capacity utilisation; assembly structure planning (fine planning, workplace design), Pre-determination and method planning (MTM, REFA), Production planning and optimization (Line Balancing), personnel planning and optimization of production-related areas and Shopfloor Management: Conception, optimization and implementation.

You prepare your results professionally, present them to the customer and accompany the implementation of the defined measures into operational practice.

Successful engineering studies, an above-average completed technician or master training with machine technology or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in industry – ideally with insights into different industries in the field of industrial engineering – are of advantage. Knowledge and professional experience in lean management, production planning and optimization, MTM method teaching and line balancing are desirable. Very good German and safe English knowledge in word and writing as well as readiness to travel in Germany and abroad. Thanks to your strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills, you master international challenges and communicate safely at all hierarchical levels.
