Planning, processing and documentation of construction measures with a focus on supply and disposal facilities (e.g. drinking and extinguishing water, transport facilities, sewer construction) in the military sector and in civil federal construction Processing of construction measures from basic determination to object care Creation of performance directories and framework contracts including subsequent examination and award Cost estimation and control in the course of the construction and processing and verification of invoices Development and implementation of property-related distribution and disposal concepts Participation in interdisciplinary teams for the development and implementation of conversion and expansion concepts as well as regular participation in and implementation of construction meetings Participation in the collection and maintenance of inventory data Application for building permits under LBO

Compulsory requirements Complete study of the field of civil engineering or environmental engineering with a focus on general civil engineering, road construction or urban water management Also in complex tasks, you work reliably, structured and keep an overview With analytical thinking, you can identify relationships, develop constructive solutions and implement them in a targeted manner. Through clear and precise communication in word and writing as well as a policy-oriented manner, you act on the basis of the values and regulations of the Federal Government Class B driving licence and readiness to operate within Schleswig-Holsteins Successful existence of the safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA Sh Required requirements IT affinity with regard to the programs to be used, e.g. MS Office applications, SAP, RIB iTWO, CAD, GIS Funded knowledge in the VOB and in other technical regulations of engineering and DIN standards Experience in the planning and implementation of wastewater concepts, ideally in all phases of the HOAI Experience in the refurbishment and modernization of waste and disposal facilities Experience in handling databases
