Examination and evaluation of tender documents Collection and comparison of offers for components and services for suppliers and subcontractors Own costing of HKLS projects Creation of supplementary offers and evaluation of additional services in partial and final accounts Participation in the creation and testing of project accounts Collection of open claims in coordination with the project team and the central debt management Development and calculation of special proposals in cooperation with the technical office Participation in project transfers and internal votes Documentation of costing results and proof of project tracking

(m/w/d), specialist (m/w/d)) Professional experience in commercial project management, preferably in the field of building technology/HKLS Good knowledge of the use of Excel and SAP, and ideally costing software German language skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication and team skills
