You run an interdisciplinary team of Analytics Consultants and Data Engineers – with plenty of space for creativity, collaboration and personal growth.

Strategic Insights: You connect HR Analytics with business data and strategic corporate goals to enable data-based decisions. Forecasts & Trends: Your analyses of our extensive data provide valuable insights into current and future developments. Data-driven HR: You promote a culture of evidence-based action within the HR organization and other business sectors. Internal networking: You build a strong network within the REWE Group and promote technical exchange with other controlling, digitization and data science sectors. Technological innovation: You develop and implement customer-oriented solutions in the field of HR Analytics and always keeps in mind the latest technological trends in reporting and data processing. Data architecture of the future: You opt for the existing data infrastructure for HR Analytics and implement advanced data models that meet the highest standards of data quality and security. Team leadership and development: You lead an interdisciplinary team to first-class services, promote regular exchange and open communication and ensure that your employees are continuously evolved.

What convinces us:

A strong mixture of analytical sharpness and communication strength. Your first leadership experience as well as a high level of enthusiasm, self-initiative and problem-solving competence. A pronounced understanding of IT and numbers as well as an agile mindset. Your completed university degree (preferably with an economic or technical focus). At least 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in the fields of personal controlling & People/HR analytics, data science, strategy consulting or financial controlling. Your experience in managing major company-wide strategic projects. Very good communication skills, presentation strength and experience in dealing with different stakeholders such as top executives and management staff. Very good technical understanding of common tools and programming languages in the area of Data Science (e.g. Python, Git, Google Cloud, Data-Warehouse solutions).
