We are looking for a committed and reliable dental administration assistant (m/w/d) to strengthen our practice team. In this position, you are the central interface for the organization and administration of our practice processes. You are responsible for a smooth process in the administrative area and are critical to the satisfaction of our patients:inside. Your tasks include scheduling, patient communication and the organization of the practice management.

Overview of your tasks Reception and appointment management Friendly welcome of our patients Coordination and award of appointments – personal, telephone and digital Ensuring a smooth practice sequence at reception Data & Document Management Care and updating of patient records Management of documents and consent Telephone service Professional acceptance of incoming calls First consultation of patients forwarding of specialist requests to the respective handlers or assistance teams Accounting & Administration Support in processing bills (private & legal) Creation of cure & cost plans Processing of cost proposals, insurance requests and forms Patient care Contact person for organizational and general questions Support in orientation in practice and in treatment processes
