Banquet & Conference Reservation Staff (m/f/d)

Our four-person event team takes care of organizing events of different formats with up to several hundred participants. The main focus is on corporate meetings: weddings, private parties etc. rarely occur. Our core working hours are between 08:00 and 16:30 on Monday and Friday. If you are exceptional, for example due to a major event organized by you, for example, on a Sunday, tax-free supplements are of course. You have ideas in the further development of our sales concepts? You're welcome. During your daily work, you can concentrate completely on the event area, as any room quotas are booked and traded by our group reservation. En Detail means this: You welcome our guests to house tours and sales talks You create offers & contracts according to our yield guidelines You plan detailed events in close cooperation with the hotel's operating teams and are responsible for optimal communication with all departments to ensure the processes You set up deposit requirements and monitor the external levels in cooperation with the administration You conduct follow-up talks and are responsible for the correct accounting

You have a completed training in the area of hotel or event organization You have (first) professional experience, like in larger conference and event hotels You ideally have knowledge in Opera PMS or Opera-Sales & Catering and MS-Office You are committed, motivated, friendly and resilient You have negotiation skills and sales talent You have good English skills
