Depending on the qualification and location, your tasks include: Social pedagogical support of participants in various professional support and integration measures Support for professional orientation, the development of realistic career prospects and the introduction to training or employment Implementation of individual and group meetings, funding plans and target agreements Stabilisation and crisis intervention in challenging situations Motivation, Activation and Resource Work to Strengthen Individual Action Skills Close cooperation with project teams, network partners, companies and authorities Documentation, reporting and case-related communication according to measures

Completed study of social education, social work (B.A./M.A./Dipl.) or a comparable recognised degree Educational and social pedagogical expertise as well as experience in counselling situations Empathic, esteeming and resource-oriented pedagogical action Communication and team skills as well as professional handling of heterogeneous target groups Structured, independent working and sense of responsibility Safe handling of digital tools and documentation systems Remarkable: experience in vocational integration, in the transition school – career or in labour market-related measures
