Your tasks:

• Collection of offers and their comparisons
• Material ordering (including data entry and maintenance in SAP MM)
• Telephone and written contact to internal departments and suppliers
• Creating setups and statistics for the assigned area
• Complaint processing
• settlement of routine correspondence including management of contracts carried out
• General administrative tasks

Your profile:

• At least completed commercial training
• Professional experience in purchasing desirable
• Good SAP/R3 (MM module) knowledge
• Engaged and team-oriented working
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Valid reliability check according to § 12b AtG
• Very good mastery of the German language in word and writing
