Supporting a predefined group of employees at all stages of the employee lifecycle - from personnel planning to onboarding to offboarding

Creation and processing of contract documents, personnel reports and personnel statistics and the administrative implementation of all necessary measures

Support of HR projects and the need-oriented implementation of personal economic concepts in the branch

Support in change processes and further development of organisational structures

Complete business studies with a focus on human resources management/labour law or a commercial training with additional qualification in the personnel sector

Experience within a HR department as well as knowledge in collective bargaining, wage tax and social security law

SAP HCM and SuccessFactors as well as secure MS Office user knowledge

High communication capability, number and software affinity as well as careful and structured operation
