You guide our workshop taking into account technical aspects and plan and control the assembly operations of our service technicians:inside You are actively working in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment and construction machinery with You accept repairs and advise our customers: Create cost suggestions You are responsible for the training and support of our trainees You carry out technical instructions for the transfer and delivery of new machines and technical support our sales staff

You have a successfully completed training as a KFZ mechatronic:in or mechatronic:in the field of agricultural and construction engineering You ideally have a successfully completed training as a master (m/w/d) or alternatively many years of professional experience as a mechatronic:in or Mechanical engineer: in the field of agricultural, construction or motor vehicle engineering You have already worked in a free workshop You have ideally already professional experience as a workshop manager:in or master:in You have secure staff management and the necessary organisational responsibility You have a very good technical understanding and work independently, dynamically and customer-oriented
