In the course of the integration of an external collection area into the internal organization, you play a central role in the control, optimization and further development of receivable management.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of receivable management Control and further development of receivable management Implementation of debt collection measures (telephone and written) Cooperation and control of external debt collection service providers Processing of complex cases, in particular in the field of insolvency (including communication with insolvency administrators) clarification of customer accounts and processing of open claims Creation of reports, evaluations and analyses of the customer portfolio Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and international interfaces Ensuring efficient processes and continuous optimization in collections

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in receivable management / Collections First or sound management experience Experience in the leasing or financing environment Knowledge in telephone collection as well as handling external service providers Communication strength in handling customers, lawyers and internal interfaces Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office (in Excel) Very good German knowledge and good English skills
