Supporting the SAP Personal Accounting and Time Management System Maintenance and testing of master data and changes, types of wages and absences Creation and generation of shift plans for the positive-time economy Preparation of evaluations with the ABAP/4-Query Maintenance and maintenance of the SAP R/3 module HR (Customizing + Patche) in cooperation with external consultants Conducting the correct and timely monthly billing of fees in our SAP system including all follow-up activities Tax and social insurance assessment and booking of remuneration components Advising executives and employees in matters relating to pay billing Reporting and certification Communication with tax office, social security institutions and authorities Competent answering all pay tax and social security questions Administrative assistance of entrances and exits Contact for all processes in the self-service area Implementation of the annual final work Creation of HR-relevant statistics Active cooperation on projects for process optimization, in particular our further digitization, in order to continuously develop our billing Implementation of statutory and collective arrangements for payment accounting Cooperation with FIBU, CO, etc. with regard to interface-relevant activities Support for occupational pensions Annual accounts (BG, severely disabled tax, tax, social security, etc.) Support, settlement and cooperation with economic, tax and social security auditors and the professional association (BG)

Completed commercial training with additional technical training At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in payment accounting Structured mode of operation, flexibility, team capacity Funded knowledge in handling the SAP HR module Ideal knowledge in handling SAP S/4 Hana for HR Very good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office products Very good English skills in word and writing
