You accompany people from the EU on their way to the training and labour market in our project “EU citizens”. We will look for you in full or part-time in Bremen from now on or later.

What you do with us:

Our project “EU citizens” allows for work for people who have not yet found a job. You enter and accompany them throughout the entire project period.

• You support your participants in their search for a job or training place
• You work together on obstacles that have so far been in the way of professional activity and develop solutions
• You work closely with our job coaches and support them to convey the participants in employment
• You advise your participants individually in order to facilitate their entry into the job and to secure employment in the long term

What you bring:

Required:

• Complete study of social education, social work, medical education or other educational degree
• As an alternative, completion in an educator: in-house (e.g. youth/heimer education, health education with relevant additional qualification or state-recognized: in the case of at least one year's experience)

Advantage:

• Romanian, Bulgarian or Polish language skills

Who we are

The BNW is a non-profit educational institution with over 55 years of experience and nearly 45 locations in Lower Saxony and Bremen. We accompany over 15,000 people every year to find and go professional ways.

Contract term

The contract is limited until 04.01.2027. An extension depends on the course of delivery. In parallel, there is the possibility to switch to other BNW projects at our well 40 locations.
