As a working student in the team Recruiting, Training & Employer Branding, you are actively working on exciting HR topics, first-hand, you will learn about recruiting and are a full-fledged team member from the outset. Support for the entire recruiting process – from the creation and publication of job advertisements to the organisation and coordination of job interviews Participation in applicant management, in particular in the pre-selection of application documents and communication with applicants Support for training management, for example in the organisation of training and university events and career fairs Participation in the planning and implementation of employer branding measures and support in strengthening our employer brand Creation of presentations, evaluations and researches as well as the acquisition of administrative and organisational tasks in the personnel sector Participation in HR and digitization projects

Current studies in the field of business management, human resources management, business psychology, marketing, communication or a comparable subject First practical experience in the field of staff is desirable, e.g. through internships or student work Safe handling of current MS Office applications Enthusiasm for recruiting, Employer branding and talent acquisition as well as interest in modern HR topics Structured, independent and reliable operation and a high degree of organisational skills Embossed communication skills, team spirit and joy in dealing with different appeals German language skills in word and writing Availability from 15 to 20 hours per week
