Creation, tracking and negotiation of offers Self-perpetuating audits at our customers with the focus on quality, environmental and occupational safety management systems and coordination of approvals according to audits Monitoring audit appointments and customer procedures and ensuring their timely persecution Collection and updating of customer data in various systems, e.g. SAP data management Implementation of the auditor search on economic aspects Data management in iCert (program for visualization of certification activities) Support of your own customer group Customer Care in Backoffice

Completed commercial vocational training At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field Knowledge of quality management of advantage Routinized handling of MS Office applications Strong customer orientation Loadability and self-initiative Excellent team and communication skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
