• You coordinate and dispose export shipments, plan ULD structures and ensure compliance with all safety and customs requirements.

• The creation, testing and management of all export documents as well as the proper handling of air freight collections are your responsibility.

• In close coordination with airlines, handling agencies, authorities and internal interfaces, you will ensure a smooth process.

• You always keep in mind bookings, flight plans, cut-off times and shipment status and monitor internal performance accounting.

• Direct customer contact as well as your participation in process optimization and quality assurance complete your task area.

• You have a completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification.

• Ideally, you bring professional experience in the field of air freight export - particularly advantageous is an international focus.

• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

• A careful, structured way of working, high accuracy in handling transport documents as well as loadability and flexibility - also for occasional Saturday work with compensation - distinguish you.
