Advising the areas of data protection issues Creating and examining contract processing contracts (AVV) and data protection agreements Implementation of data protection impact assessments (DSFA) Development and maintenance of data protection policies, guidelines and training documents Support in the processing of information requests and data protection incidents

Complete university studies in the field of law, economics, (economic) computer science or comparable qualification Funded knowledge of the GDPR, the BDSG (new) and relevant EU guidelines Experience in the professional management and management of complex projects, several years in the role as data protection manager:in, data protection officer:r or data protection coordinator:in Knowledge with international data protection requirements (revDSG Switzerland, DSG Austria) and IT affinity Personal competencies Analytical and structured work Processive thinking Communication strength and team spirit Integrity and responsibility Enforcement and pragmatism Good knowledge of German and English
