Perspective: succession Technical direction As Deputy Technical Director (m/w/d), you will first accompany the current technical management at the Schwerin production site. In the next few years – with the planned transition to the retirement of the current technical manager – we will prepare you specifically to assume the overall responsibility for the technical field. You thus develop step by step into a central leadership role and ensure the technical operational capability of the site in the long term. Total responsibility for the technical management and ensuring plant availability at the site Compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and environmental standards and all technical requirements (including VDI 2047) Control of maintenance, fault analyses, repairs and preventive measures Optimization of maintenance, production and technical processes with regard to efficiency and costs Leadership, motivation and further development of the technical team as well as planning personnel deployment Responsibility for technical investments and participation in budget and annual target planning Maintenance of technical documentation and ensuring a smooth flow of information

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications Knowledge of the automation of industrial plants At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the production environment Experience in leadership and motivation of a team Very good MS Office knowledge Analytical thinking, self-initiative and team spirit Enforcement, resilience and high social competence
