Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Coordination and leadership of development activities for a vehicle project
• Contact person:in for OEM and local system suppliers
• Responsibility for employees:in the development team
• Budget planning and control of development projects
• Planning, implementation and monitoring of customer requirements
• Testing of work packages taking into account production technology and cost-effectiveness
• Close cooperation with the respective development areas
• Coordination of change management
• Improvement of processes and methods in the project

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies in automotive engineering, electrical engineering or comparable training
• Multiannual professional experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in the leadership of employees
• Ideally knowledge of OEM requirements and development processes for onboard networks, as well as the mechanical and electrical CAD design e.g. B. Siemens NX, Catia, LDorado, E3Cable
• Very good knowledge of the product development process
• Organisational skills and problem-solving competence
• German and English language skills
