Senior ERP Manager / (MS Dynamics 365 / Business Applications) (m/f/d)

Your duties To strengthen our IT team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Senior ERP Manager (m/w/d) / (MS Dynamics 365 / Business Applications). In this role you take over the overall responsibility for our international ERP and business application landscape and actively shape their strategic development. You act as a central driver of digital transformation in finance and operations processes and lead an international team as well as external partners in a complex, dynamic environment. Within the scope of your versatile task, you will take the following activities: You bear the overall responsibility for the ERP landscape with a focus on MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, including international rollouts and the integration of other business applications. You take over the professional management of international ERP and application management with currently three internal employees and reliably coordinate an extended network of external partners and service providers. The responsibility for implementing, configuring and operating the MS Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and other applications is in your hands – including budget planning and quality assurance. As a driving force of digital transformation, you actively shape the strategic development of the ERP/application target architecture. You control and optimise business processes in the international environment taking into account the standard functionalities of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as other relevant systems and develop future-oriented specialist and solution concepts. You design and perform international training and coaching programs and thus ensure uniform, efficient use of the systems. Continuous, conscientious application management with a focus on stability, performance, security and compliance across all relevant systems is also part of your responsibility.

What you should bring You have a successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable discipline. You bring many years of professional experience in dealing with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle), ideally focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable solutions. You can demonstrate well-founded experience in international project and application management, preferably in the context of ERP rollouts and the harmonisation of business processes. You are characterized by pronounced strategic and analytical skills and have a high level of problem-solving competence. You convince with communication strength as well as strong leadership skills. You like to work in the team and bring a high degree of loadability, self-initiative and a structured and targeted way of working. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C2); other foreign language skills are advantageous.
