Study duration: 6 semesters close interconnection of practice and theory – the operation and the Academy The theoretical phases always take place at the Welfen Academy in Braunschweig and the practical phases can be carried out at the following locations: Region Hamburg, Buchholz i.d.N., Berlin, Düsseldorf, Mülheim-Kärlich, Bornheim, Hanau, Hannover, Braunschweig, Lübeck. Learn everything about kitchen planning, customer needs analysis and the products in the kitchen industry such as kitchen trends and materials during the practical stages and deepen your knowledge in in in-house training. Accompany our processes from sales and purchasing, order processing, assembly and financial accounting within the framework of the training plan and collect deeper insights into the commercial processing.
