Current customer support: You are the first point of contact in the day-to-day business – you process inquiries, coordinate operations and ensure smooth communication between customers, external services and insurers Procurement & Documentation: You are launching offers, coverage comparisons and insurance concepts in a precise, structured and timely manner in the field of D&O, E&O, Cyber, Criminal Law Protection and Asset Damage Liability Contract management: You submit contract documents, process changes and ensure that cover concepts – including for complex participation structures and group concepts – are always up to date and complete Support in case of damage: You accompany customers in the damage report and coordinate further processing with the insurers Communication with risk carriers: You will receive confirmations of coverage, process queries and encourage partnership with insurers

Completed training to the insurance businessman or a comparable commercial qualification First or multi-year professional experience in Financial Lines – ideally with knowledge in D&O, E&O and high affinity on these topics You know the special liability situations of managing directors, supervisors and supervisory boards as well as the special features in holding structures You work precisely and reliably – even with complex, multi-stage processes you keep an overview You communicate clearly and service-oriented – in writing as oral – and make complex understandable You actively contribute to the team and live an open, trusting collaboration
