Ensuring the availability of goods and daily control of goods flows Price, quantity and quality negotiations with suppliers Implementation of customer-specific assortment, packaging and action requirements Close communication with suppliers, producers and customers – also under time pressure Continuous market observation and trend identification Competition analysis and active market monitoring Construction of medium- and long-term goods security strategies Further development of the international supplier network

Food experience – single or wholesale, ideally fruit & vegetables (conventional and/or organic) Market knowledge in food – single or wholesale Experience in Category Management Safe handling of MS Office products – especially Excel and Outlook Experience with ERP processes desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of communication with our suppliers in Europe and overseas - other languages (Spanish, Italian, French) of advantage Representative communication and negotiation competence Entrepreneurial thinking and target orientation High durability and decision strength Structured, independent operation Team spirit and sovereign appearance Germany and Europe and participation in trade fairs readiness to work hours also on Saturdays in Homeoffice
