As a professional starter, you will be guided step by step towards demanding tasks and accompanied by experienced colleagues. Support in the costing of demanding building projects Analysis of tender documents, performance registers and contract documents Participation in the creation of economically and technically sound tenders identifying quantities, costs and opportunities and risk potentials  cooperation with the areas of planning, construction management and project management  knowledge of modern costing software and digital processes cooperation on innovative and sustainable solutions for our projects  You start with the support of experienced calculators and gradually take over your own sub-calculations and projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline First practical experience through internships, student work activities or study projects are welcome, but no prerequisite interest in the economic planning and preparation of construction projects technical understanding and analytical thinking; motivation to work into modern costing and planning tools; Structured and independent working methods Team spirit, commitment and willingness to learn  Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
