You analyse, process, formulate and evaluate the related claims from a technical perspective. Introduction, implementation and follow-up of immediate and depositing measures at the sites of development (especially production) You optimize the quality of the product by means of fault analyses, including derivation of storage measures. You support product development to avoid errors You evaluate and evaluate service input reports and take over technical communication with service staff to solve problems with the customer Cooperation in projects for the continuous development of our quality and other departments You create and edit documents from the Qualifications Department

You have a successful technical training You provide a multiannual professional experience in a similar working environment within the quality sector.
