• Examination of technical and construction-based supplements of construction companies and planning partners • Taxation of the follow-up test process • Contract administration (contract administration) • Participation in the design of contracts and negotiations • Technical contract and risk analyses, interface clarifications • Development of strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defence • Participation in the development and defence of claims • Support/consultation of project teams in contract questions Your profile

• Successfully completed studies of engineering, in particular civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction or architecture • Preferably relevant professional experience in contract and after-subscription and/or object monitoring (BGB, VOB, HOAI) • Very good knowledge of German and safe handling of software tools (MS Office) We offer
