A completed university degree in the field of Art History, Museology, Cultural Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration with a focus on cultural management, museum management or a comparable degree course Experience in the museum Budget Planning and Budget Controlling Knowledge Participative leadership style with clear focus on impact and efficiency as well as experience in the use of digital service plan and resource management systems Knowledge of digital tools for project management, resource planning and service planning readiness for flexible working hours (service trips, work on weekends and holidays) Self-responsibility, self-initiative, communication skills and team skills
