DISCLOSURE Strategic responsibility: You will develop the strategic orientation of your Business Unit Region North and thereby guide specific goals and measures for the market, customers, projects and employees. Economic success: You are responsible for your business unit's economic and accounting success as part of the adesso business model. You control sales, utilisation and earnings and keep the relevant key figures in mind. Creating growth: Through targeted measures to attract new customers, to expand existing customer relationships, and to recruit, develop and bond employees, you are driving the growth of your business unit. Customers & Business Development: You are developing customer relationships strategically, identifying new business potentials and positioning the entire SAP portfolio of adesso precisely with our customers – especially in the banking environment. Sales & Offers: Together with our sales and consulting teams, you develop convincing offers, accompany alerts and support in the acquisition of new projects and customers. Close to the shop: Even if your role is on the strategic and entrepreneurial management of the Business Unit, you will introduce your SAP expertise in banking, insurance or payment transactions in customer and project situations as needed.

SAP Background: Your well-founded experience in SAP development, SAP architecture or SAP consulting forms a solid basis for your activity. Ideally, you also have experience in managing a business, portfolio or comparable organizational unit. Entrepreneurial thinking: You combine strategic thinking with a strong understanding of economic relationships and have the pleasure of recognizing and successfully developing business potential. SAP-Profi: Your specialist focus is not crucial – your experiences can come from the fields of SAP CML, SAP FS-CD, SAP DM, SAP BCA, SAP CMS, SAP FSBP, S/4HANA, FI, CO, SAP architecture or project management. Leadership: employees and project teams appreciate you as a competent and reliable manager. You conduct targeted, create trust and develop people and teams sustainably. Customer orientation & network: You stand confidently towards customers, have a good sense of their requirements and ideally have a well-developed network in the banking industry that you use profitably for the further development of your business unit. Communication talent: You will certainly communicate in German and English – both internally and externally – and understand how to win different stakeholders for common goals.
