In this versatile and responsible key position, you play a central role in the organisation and strategic development of the Circle Association: Responsibility for finance, personnel, IT and facility management Coordination of central services Implementation of the Management Board's strategic requirements in close cooperation with the Management Board Analysis and optimization of administrative processes to increase efficiency, quality and transparency Takeover and control of operational subprojects to support the management of the circle Responsibility for the creation of economic plans and financial statements Close cooperation with and support of the Rotkreuz communities

Complete economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience, ideal in a leadership position Experience in controlling and implementing change processes Embossed leadership and communication strength – you take on a role model function Knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining and the BayPVG Joy in employee management, personnel development and cooperation at eye level Experience in the surroundings of the Bavarian Red Cross or comparable welfare associations
