Self-working of creditor accounting incl. Conting, booking and archiving of invoices Responsibility for the Invoice Workflow - from exam to release Analysis and optimization of processes in the invoice receipt, including digitization and interfaces to ERP systems Coordination with internal departments and external suppliers in accounting issues Implementation of payment flows and weekly cash planning Creation and transmission of tax reports (e.g. sales tax pre-registration, ZM, Intrastat) Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Main and property accounts and plant accounting Processing of special topics (e.g. damage reports, intercompany votes)

Completed commercial training with additional qualification in finance/invoicing or corresponding completed commercial studies Funded experience in financial accounting, ideally in the production environment Safe handling of MS Office and common accounting systems; Experience with digital workflows of advantage Analytical thinking ability, structured and accurate functioning High self-responsibility, teamability and discretion in handling sensitive data
