Our client is an internationally oriented industrial company with medium-sized structures and part of a global corporate group based in Western Europe. At the German headquarters, the company employs around 100 employees and, with its specialized product and solution portfolio, adopts a strong market position in a technology-driven environment. In the course of the further development of the organization, a newly created position is currently being occupied, which is to make a significant contribution to the financial management and future orientation of the business.

You take over the financial management of the business incl. Forecast, Budget and Five Year Planning You analyse the overall performance across several countries and units and conduct concrete, implementable measures You act as Finance Business Partners for Management and International Stakeholders (including Germany, France, Italy, UK) and challenge decisions You are responsible for reporting, consolidation and control of complex financial structures (Multiple Ledgers) You evaluate and drive commercial decisions (e.g. pricing, business cases, contracts) with a clear focus on profitability You act as an interface between finance and operational business and ensure that figures are translated into concrete measures You drive forward ad hoc analyses as well as process and performance optimizations independently

You have a successfully completed Business Studies (Uni/FH/DH) with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded professional experience in a comparable role within an internationally established industrial company with You have practice-proven knowledge in accounting and controlling, including consolidation and handling of multiple booking circuits You think and act as a finance business partner with a clear commercial focus and understand Finance as a control function You are analytically strong and able to fully evaluate the company performance and derive concrete measures from it You work sovereignly with MS Office (in Excel) as well as common ERP systems and move safely in data-driven environments You convince by clear communication in German and English, a safe appearance and a structured, hands-on-influenced way of working
