Construction Cost Manager (m/f/d)

Your expertise lies in the calculation and monitoring of project costs as well as the creation and control of project budgets, always keeping an overview of the financial aspects You create and check performance directories and evaluate the offers of entrepreneurs to ensure that everything is in line with project requirements You handle contracts and supplements conscientiously while you check invoices and payment requests to guarantee smooth processes Cost reports and forecasts are not foreign words for you, but are part of your regular tasks to help you plan the financial future of the projects You work closely with project management, purchasing and engineering to optimally design the technical project execution and the development of technical concepts

You bring at least three years of professional experience in building cost management as well as practical experience in construction to successfully manage projects Your knowledge of cost calculation and cost control as well as your experience in costing make you a valuable member of our team You have experience in technical building equipment (TGA/MEP) and construction and industrial project management to effectively manage complex projects Your skills in contract and follow-up management and your knowledge in tendering as well as performance directories help you to optimally complete projects With your completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification and very good MS-Excel skills
