In your role, you are responsible for the operational planning of our service technicians. You take care of the material delivery and make sure that our service technicians are always properly equipped. You are a contact person for our customers with questions concerning scheduling and technical availability. With our customer service you are always in close coordination with the customer orders. Last but not least, you are responsible for the rollout planning of our service technicians for our projects.

Your basis is a completed commercial training, as well as good geographic knowledge. You are characterized by a pronounced, service-oriented thinking and acting. You can use your careful working and organizational skills. You have an economic understanding and use it for operational planning. Dealing with the most common MS Office programs is your daily work.
