Legal and Notary Assistant - Partner Secretariat / Deeds (m/f/d)

You conduct a partner secretariat with a focus on notarial activity You serve and correspond independently to Mandant:insides, courts, authorities and other parties You prepare notary documents, manufacture them and unwind them You control deadlines and dates You create cost accounting and billing and guide the books of the notary You process judicial and extrajudicial correspondence and organize and manage administrative processes in the department

(m/w/d) You have first or more years of practical experience in the Notariat You have the pleasure of the independent processing of notarial processes You work structured, careful and reliable You have good German knowledge in word and writing and are safe to use the common Microsoft Office applications You have a strong service orientation and joy in dealing with Mandant:inside and interested in long-term work in the Notariat area
