You are a real problem solver in the middle of the lives of people. As a WEG manager, you are the central contact person for housing owners. You clarify conflicts, find solutions, tax service providers, organize meetings – every day brings other tasks - it will never be boring. You connect a lot of disciplines. You move into WEG law, have to keep track of deadlines and requirements. You plan budgets, check accounts, first annual accounts and business plans. You are tuning with building managers, coordinating maintenance and modernization. From legal topics to commercial know-how to technical understanding - the mix makes it – variety guaranteed. You work with people – not for files. Unlike in many office jobs, you have daily contact with people in direct exchange with owners, advisers, craft companies and colleagues. You prepare owner meetings and guide them sovereignly – even in the evening. No anonymous administrative job – but a job with communication at eye level.

Your personality: You are structured, responsibly, communication-strong and bring your fingertips to people. You also want to develop professionally. Your experience: You have professional experience in WEG administration and know what it is. Your education: You have a completed housing or business training, e.g. to the real estate businessman. You are fit in accounting and safe in handling MS-Office.
