Judicial dunning clerk (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the judicial services for our clients Your daily tasks include the application for judicial order and enforcement and the processing of objections and objections You answer customer requests both in writing and by telephone, conduct correspondence with lawyers and courts and process the incoming procedural messages of the local court You check customer master files, make inhabitant registration enquiries and collect business information and credit checks Your area of responsibility also includes rate payment agreements and extrajudicial comparisons as well as the booking of payment entries

Completed training in commercial training occupations, as lawyers or Notary or comparable training User knowledge in SAP and desirable also in Subito FMM You have good knowledge of MS Office applications and work independently and structured. With your communicative competence, your objective and friendly appearance, you are a real team player. You also have a class B licence.
