Monitoring of personnel deployment, compliance with planning requirements and ensuring a need-adapted personnel deployment in relation to the quality of care and taking into account the cost-effectiveness Monitoring of the defined workflows and the organisation of the division of labour taking into account the qualifications of the individual employees Monitoring of the Service Plan Outage Management, incl. reporting Organisational development according to strategic orientation and current requirements Participation in conceptual work with all professional groups involved in the treatment process

(m/w/d) or comparable Ideally qualification in nursing management or comparable Insufficient professional experience; at least three years in a senior position Participation in the standby service in the rehabilitation/acute area Communication skills and strong social competence and high level of organisational skills Responsibility and flexibility Experience in quality management Safe handling of computer applications, e.g. Ms Office Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
