First contact person (m/w/d) for the employees in the house for all issues related to IT topics and interface to the central IT of the Schön Klinik User support for hardware and software problems using our ticket system Responsible administration and support of 300 clients and 50 servers using appropriate management tools Operation and maintenance of the network infrastructure Installation and configuration of hardware and software components based on established standards and specifications Maintenance of hardware and associated peripherals as well as covers and rollouts Support of IT projects Planning and implementation of employee training

Graduated training in IT, for example, as a specialist informatics (w/m/d), IT system electronics (w/m/d), IT system businessman (w/m/d), IT businessman (w/m/d) or comparable studies First professional experience in the field of system administration (Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 upward incl. terminal server farm, VMware and backup solutions as well as configuration of active network components) Secure administration of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10,11) Experience in the areas VMWare Vsphere and Powershell desirable Willingness to take over an IT readiness on the weekend Embossed service and communication and team skills Health experience desirable High self-motivation, flexibility and exemplary appearance Willingness to work in medical technology Experience in agile project management Good knowledge of German in word and writing
