Working environment The Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf belongs to the medical societies of the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf. It is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital of Hamburg-Eppendorf and has a special assignment for the medical and nursing care of people with disabilities. The Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf currently has 327 fully-stationary and 91 substationary beds. The daily psychiatric clinic of the Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf is a semi-stationary treatment offer for adult patients with mental illnesses. On working days, we accompany our patients in a structured therapeutic setting while allowing them to remain in the home environment. A multi-professional team of doctors, psychologists, nurses and therapists works closely together and develops individual treatment plans with the aim of stabilising, promoting resources and sustainable everyday management.
