Sustainability Officer (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for the topic of sustainability within the Department of Governance and Sustainability – with appropriate design scope. You develop our sustainability strategy and make sure that it is strategically and organizationally anchored in the KZVK. In the Sustainability Report, you take on the creation and further development in close coordination with the departments. Together with the team, you identify sustainability measures, develop matching KPIs and accompany their implementation. You will have a look at the latest developments in sustainability regulators and will provide concrete solutions for the KZVK. As the first respondent, you make sustainability visible in the KZVK – both internally and externally.

You have successfully completed your university studies with a focus on sustainability or a similar subject area. In the area of sustainability, you ideally bring three years of professional experience – preferably in a non-producing company. You have first experiences in creating sustainability reporting, ideally collected to CSRD. Regulatory requirements at EU and national level are familiar to you and you can safely arrange them. Communication strength distinguishes you – you convince clearly, in writing as oral, and appear binding and solution-oriented. With MS Office you work routiniert and also deal with data securely and analytically.
