PROFIL

• You are a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery and have several years of experience in senior management.
• They bring well-founded operational experience in orthopaedics and trauma surgery – especially in endoprosthetics.
• Ideally, you have the additional name “special accident surgery” as well as the approval of the BG procedure.
• You have well-founded knowledge of modern surgery and conservative therapy.
• They combine medical excellence with strong leadership, team orientation and a high understanding of organisational and economic relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• You take over the operational and professional management of the orthopaedic accident surgery area at the site in consultation with the chief physician Dr. Haunschild.
• They are responsible for the management, supervision and training of currently 5 assistant physicians and the entire medical team and ensure a structured personnel and department organization.
• They carry out both surgical interventions and outpatient and outpatient treatments.
• They ensure structured processes and together with their team of three specialist and Higher doctors for a continuously high treatment quality.
• They develop and implement modern medical concepts and treatment methods, such as minimally invasive endoprosthetics.
• They are available as professional contact persons in exchange with established colleagues and assigning partners.
• They cooperate in certification processes, develop the necessary standards/SOP and ensure the legal and accounting requirements.
