Planning and implementation of media education projects Guidance of young people in the documentation of work processes and projects (photo, text, video, audio) Configuring a responsible way of dealing with media, taking into account data protection and personal rights Development of contributions within the protected framework with subsequent presentation (e.g. project days, internal events, if necessary Social Media Encourage perspective selection, image design and secure publishing standards Introduction to the practical use of artificial intelligence (e.g. idea finding, text drafts, research, career orientation) Promoting critical thinking in dealing with digital tools (testing results, classification of information, reflection of risks) laying foundations for digitalization, technology and modern professional fields Linking media work with real social projects Planning and implementation of practical projects related to everyday life, work and the public Support for young people in the development of realistic career prospects Organization and presentation of project results (e.g. project markets, house event)

Professional or academic degree and at least one-year professional experience with trainees Empathic behaviour towards the specific situation of young people Joy in working with young people and an appreciation, resource-oriented approach Competences in media work, digital tools and current technologies (especially AI applications) Educational skills as well as the ability to communicate content in a comprehensible and practical way Sensitivity in dealing with data protection and personal rights Creativity, initiative and structured working Team skills, flexibility and commitment In case of adjustment: presentation of advanced guidance certificate
