Site Manager - Site Management / Construction Management / Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You prepare the construction sites, including material provision, construction site, pitches, registrations and disposal You conduct construction sites on your own, run the assigned construction site staff, coordinates contractors and monitors the construction design You work with all work on the construction site You ensure compliance with quality standards, dates and budgets throughout the entire construction phase You are responsible for compliance with all relevant occupational safety and environmental policies at the construction site You communicate with customers: inside and internal specialist departments and first design daybooks, scales and billing documents

You have a completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, construction, etc.), ideally with further training as a master/technician/ingenieur (m/w/d) You have several years of professional experience in the building management, ideally in the field of photovoltaics or as a rooftop (m/w/d) You know yourself in building and electrical engineering law (e.g. VOB, DIN standards) and have a class B licence for the occasional use of team vehicles You are ready to travel and possess organizational skills and enforcement You are strong in communication, team-oriented and able to lead and motivate a small team You have secure computer skills and work independently and independently
