Teamleiter (m/w/d) From 01.07.2026 we are looking for a team leader (m/w/d) in the field of income-dependent contribution measurement for our contribution and demand center in Frankfurt am Main in full time. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership for our 8-10 team ''income-dependent contribution assessment''. Together with your team, you will ensure a reliable and customer-oriented support of our voluntary insurers on issues related to income-related contribution assessment and also actively promote the further development of processes and cross-departmental cooperation. Your mission: You lead, develop and support your team in day-to-day business and in change processes. Together with your team, you will be responsible for our voluntary insured members on all issues related to income-related contributions. Keep a cool head in challenging situations. Page by page: You can easily ensure a smooth flow of information and a uniform overall agreement across the team. You think and act in full responsibility at executive level. Your ideas lead us forward: With your ideas for optimisation, you contribute to the continuous development of process sequences and possible control levers. Realizing customer satisfaction: You always have a look at the quality standards within your team and, through your result-oriented working method, promote the development of customer-oriented, flexible solutions.
