Type of employment: Work students Size: up to 20 h / week Location: Altstädter Straße, Altstädter Straße 3-7, 20095 Hamburg

You will take your first steps in the staff section by supporting us with administrative HR tasks. Reliablely, you create work contracts for our new colleagues, such as certificates or work certificates for colleagues who are already working with us. Also carefully digitize important documents. You work with the teams from payroll accounting, HR Business Partnering and Recruiting to gain comprehensive insights into our HR processes. Last but not least, you support special tasks or projects that drive our organization forward.

Immatrikulation at least in the 2nd semester in Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable course of studies focusing on personnel Ideally, first experience in human resources or administration e.g. by internships Routined handling of Microsoft 365 Reliable, structured and independent operation Communication skills and perfect knowledge of German in word and writing
