Production Manager Textile Industry (m/f/d)

Team management & cooperation: Leadership and further development of a large production team (approximately 150 professional employees) in two-shift operation: You control processes, promote a positive relationship and drive team development forward – even without work in the shift system. Operational control & process sequences: monitoring and optimization of all ongoing production processes to ensure an efficient, trouble-free and quality-secured process. Resource & personnel deployment planning: predictive planning of personnel resources and workflows for optimal utilization of our production Economics & key figures management: take over responsibility for cost development, budget maintenance and continuous improvement of operational performance indicators. Employee support & integration: Development of measures for long-term employees including Promoting motivation and further development. Process optimization & lean methods: evaluation of existing processes and implementation of modern optimization approaches to increase efficiency and quality. Quality & safety standards: ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety requirements throughout the entire production process.

Technical training: successfully completed studies (e.g. economic engineering, business management, production technology) or completed equivalent technical or craft training with corresponding training, e.g. master or technician (m/w/d). Professional experience: multiannual practical experience in managing larger operational teams within a manufacturing environment Language knowledge: very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. C1) Planning strength: sound know-how in personnel deployment planning and the organization of complex production structures Leadership competencies: high degree of decision-making, communication strength and social competence in dealing with employees Analytical capacity: a strong understanding of process optimization, quality requirements and economic relationships
